Mediations
Hena conducts both virtual or in person mediations. To check her availability please click on the link below. To request a mediation, please email Hena directly at hena@investigatemediate.ca including your preferred date and time. You will be contacted within one business day of our receipt of your mediation request.
Rates
Half Day
$2500.00 plus HST | Check Availability
Split between the parties, for up to one hour of pre-mediation preparation and three hours of mediation.
Full Day
$4000.00 plus HST | Check Availability
Split between the parties, for up to one hour of pre-mediation preparation and six hours of mediation.
Additional Time
$500.00 plus HST per hour | Check Availability
Cancellation
No Charge if notice of cancellation or adjournment is received at least five business days in advance of the scheduled commencement of the mediation session. Half of the flat fee in all other cases, unless the time is otherwise scheduled for another purpose.
